How was your weekend?

I’ve been busy immersing myself in my craft room making stuff. While tracing, cutting and sewing in there, I run around for my kids when they call “Mommy…. come see this!” Haha.. yes, we’ve got a new BluRay DVD player all the way from Hong Kong, brought back with love from hubby. So the kids has been enjoying some screen time at home while Calvin printed out some craft from the Net in making his Minecraft world, completed with bed, a horse, the good guy and the bad buy (Enderman as far as I know). That has kept him busy since Friday night. This little guy, once he started with something, he would want to finish it right away, thank God that he has the patient in finishing them.

I think he inherited that from me, ‘cos while he busy with his craft, I was busy with my sewing projects. Really, I can’t wait to see the end result of my craft every time I started one. I have to keep on reminding myself to enjoy the process as much as possible.

So, here goes, these are the stuff that I’ve made over the weekend. They are in the same pattern with my previous bags, but in different sizes.

 As for this clutch below, I’ve tried on a new technique – piping. Yupe, and I must say I’ve done it beautifully seeing that this is my first time. I think I love it and I’m going to do more of it on other bag/pouch/clutch that I’m going to make in the future. It just give the bag a finishing polish touch.

Going to reserved this one for myself.
