OMG!! It has been 2 months that I’m away from this blog!! Does that mean I haven’t been doing any craft things? I mean.. no scrapbook stuff from me? Adui… how could I have been away for that long without doing any scrapbook thing!!

Fred not, I’ve actually done some craft things. One project that I’ve done for a friend who requested for it.

As for others, like my bag sewing.. err.. I did, but still haven’t find the opportunity to do those request from colleagues, feel so guilty about that every time I meet them.

But instead, I saw this nice clothes over at Parkson Grand, with discount!! So I quickly grab it and so sure that I wanted to make a bag out from it, so don’t be surprise if you see this material somewhere in somebody’s sofa

Side pocket

ehem.. this is showing the side pocket. Actually I’ve done another bag with this bag pattern, but without side pocket, instead it has a front pocket:

This flowery bag already been taken and I’m glad the owner is giving it lots of love.

Inside the bag has two slot of pockets and one zip pocket.

I had to run my machine slowly over those area that is thick and pay extra attention on the turning area. Still not so expert yet, that’s  why need to slow down.

When I’m doing the front of the bag, I wanted to some sort of a label, so that it doesn’t look that empty and also it can show that it is the front. So, I’ve used the stamp from Dear Lizzy collection. Plus I wanted to play with my hammered on eyelets, so this is how it turns out:

Not bad huh!? Considering that I don’t have those heavy duty machine to sew heavy fabric.

So you all who has a sewing machine at home can actually make a bag at anytime, just give it a try, you’ll love it.

I wanted to make more, but just couldn’t get the inspiration to do so at times. Plus, if I keep on making more and not selling them, eventually I’ll not have enough wardrobe space to keep them all. I haven’t decided if I should sell it yet…. >.<  Let’s just see if anyone ask for it la..

I actually wanted to get back on with my scrapbooking. Maybe I should just drop the 365 project life thing and just do any scrap page with any photo that I have.

Well, give me some more time, eventually I will get into that.
